Writing in Obsidian with Vault CMS
This notebook is an Obsidian vault. Every note is a Markdown file in src/content/notes/, with its images in the same folder. Write and link in Obsidian the way you normally would, and Vault CMS handles the rest: new notes get the right properties, renamed notes keep their old addresses working, and publishing is a commit.
A new note
Create a note from the Notes view on the vault’s home base, or in the notes folder. Give it a title that says what it claims, as in a note is a unit of thought, and set draft: false when it’s ready to appear on the site.
Settings
Site settings, such as the title, the accent color, and whether panes open beside each other, live in src/config.ts. In Zeku, Site settings shows them as a form, so you can change them without opening the file.
The vault’s home is an Obsidian Base, a database view of every note, page and special page, grouped by folder.
